Agroforestry

To stabilise global warming, we must offset carbon dioxide levels from the atmosphere.
Agroforestry is a sustainable method that harnesses the power of nature through photosynthesis to regenerate soil, water, wildlife and air health, while benefiting the people on the ground.

CO2 Offset Club Cashew Plantation

Cashew apple & cashew nut for the first harvest

In 2020, in collaboration with the rural community, we started a sustainable reward campaign to plant perennial fruits and nuts trees adapted to the new climate conditions and, 2 years later, we had a glorious result.

CASHEW FOR SUSTAINABILITY

We are committed to promoting and supporting planting cashew in tropical forests

Providing cashew plants, soil management training and financial incentives for small communities commits to the benefits of agroforestry for producers and local communities.

CASHEW FOR THE PLANET
Plant more trees for a healthy planet

Cashew plantations in rural areas

Planting cashews fights climate change and supports local communities in Sub-Saharan Africa’s tropical climate.

PLANT A TREE TO SAVE OUR PLANET

Plant more trees for a healthy planet

Cashews are a fast growing, drought-tolerant tree that produce nutritious fruits and nuts, provide medicinal properties and sequester CO2 from the atmosphere throughout the year.

Tropical forests have the potential to offset carbon emissions

Cashew trees are super-trees of the tropical forest. Their unique structure supports the biodiversity in Sub-Saharan Africa and sequester carbon dioxide from the atmosphere through the power of photosynthesis.

Cashew financial benefits

Sustainable agroforestry is the backbone of rural development. It reduces poverty, provides food security in developing countries and improves economic and social issues in communities.

Cashew for the planet

Cashew tree is an evergreen tropical tree that can be integrated with livestock and other crops cultivation to regenerate the soil ecosystem, resulting in nutritious plants, clean water, healthy climate, thriving biodiversity and healthy humans.
