All programme funds are used exclusively for public‑benefit outcomes. CO₂ Offset Ltd does not distribute grant funds as profit. Surpluses are reinvested into climate resilience, community livelihoods, and environmental restoration across Southern Africa.

CO₂ Offset Ltd operates under a Non‑Profit Operating Model for all grant‑funded programmes. All funds received for environmental and community projects are used exclusively for public‑benefit outcomes and are not distributed as profit. We maintain dual signatory controls, independent oversight, external accounting review, and formal subcontracts with our Mozambican and Eswatini partners to ensure transparent, accountable delivery.
